Jimmy Kimmel recently made a comment about the President. He told the President to quit his boring job.
Donald Trump Jr. tweeted to Kimmel with a response. He asked him what he thought about Harvey Weinstein.
Weinstein was a Democratic mega-donor. He is also a Hollywood producer. He is currently facing sexual assault allegations. More than one woman has accused the producer.
Kimmel did offer a response. “You mean that big story from the failing, liberal, one-sided @nytimes?” Kimmel said. “I think it is disgusting.”
Trump Jr. responded to what Kimmel said. He said “great I look forward to your monologues next week.”
He also said “you’re probably due for a change if only for a moment or two.”
Return Money
The accusations have caused an outcry. Republicans have asked any Democrats who received money from Weinstein to return it.
Hillary Clinton and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer were asked to return their donations. Schumer as well as other Democrats have returned theirs.
Trump Jr. also saw it fit to attack Clinton. He made a point of her not saying anything about Weinstein.
“Weird, Hillary has been really quiet about Harvey Weinstein,” he tweeted. “You would think she would be all over this.”
The President believes he should get the same amount of time as those who make fun of him.
The President already has large media coverage. What more could he possibly want. He has every opportunity to admit or deny accusations.
Furthermore he has the world of twitter at his finger tips.
