No Obamacare Repeal No Obamacare Payments Threatens Trump

When it comes to President Trump, surprises are few. Trump has taken to his old ways once again. He has now threatened to end any sort of payments for Obamacare. All of this is because the Obamacare repeal wasn’t passed in Congress recently.

It makes one wonder about how many other issues Trump will approach the same way. Those most affected by such a move will be the insurance companies and members of Congress.

Social media continues to be the main platform for Trump venting his frustrations. Trump tweeted on twitter recently “after seven years of ‘talking’ Repeal & Replace, the people of our great country are still being forced to live with imploding ObamaCare!”

Who Faces Threats

Trump threatened Congress members and Insurance companies who get bailouts. This is a threat that won’t benefit them in any way. He said “If a new HealthCare Bill is not approved quickly, Bailouts for Insurance Companies and Bailouts for Members of Congress will end very soon!

Knowing how Trump operates,  his threats shouldn’t be taken lightly. The Senators themselves might have expected some sort of backlash from Trump. Is this what they expected or were they caught by surprise?

Well a response was quick in coming. Charles Schumer the Senate minority leader responded to Trump. He said Trump needs to “stop playing politics with people’s lives and health care, start leading, and finally begin acting Presidential.”
